DELIVERIES WITHIN THE METROPOLITAN REGION: Deliveries are made by delivery vans which cover the entire metropolitan region from Mon-Fri: 09h00-19h00 and on Sat-Sun: 10h00-13h00.Owing to the number of orders we receive, it is difficult for us to predict the exact hour at which deliveries will be made. We nevertheless, always take great pains to ensure that all of your needs are as fully satisfied as possible. Orders are delivered on the same day (weekdays) if placed before 14:00pm on that day. Orders to be delivered on Sundays, should be placed before 13:00pm, Saturday. So that you order may be delivered on Saturday,you must send your request on Friday,before 7:00pm If you send your request out of this schedule, your order will be delivered on the next workday following the date of the request.
DELIVERIES FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS: These include: Mother's Day, Secretary's Day, St. Valentine's Day, Christmas. To ensure that your gift arrives on time, we suggest that your order(s) be placed with at least two days anticipation.
DELIVERY ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS:Deliveries on public holidays is currently unavailable. Nevertheless, we will make the greatest effort to ensure that the arrangement arrives the day after the required date.
